Assisted Living

LIFE MANOR, Assisted Living is located on campus with Life Center Church, Life Christian School and Academy, and the LIFE MANOR Independent Living.  As a result, we have many volunteers and activities that are available to our residents to enhance the quality of their lives. We provide all it takes to help our residents manage their personal needs.

The lifestyle at LIFE MANOR Assisted Living provides healthy exercise, creative outlets, spiritual growth and socialization. LIFE MANOR Assisted Living is a place where families, residents, volunteers and our highly qualified staff all work together to provide a vibrant and rich quality of life.

Assisted Living Program

As your needs change, our Assisted Living Program is available for you. Our certified, licensed staff is available 24-hours a day to assist with care. From bathing and personal hygiene, dressing, medication management, mobility, general wellness and well being; our staff, under the direction of the Resident Care Director provides assistance for our residents in their private apartment.

As personal needs arise, our wellness team assists in a plan that provides you the resources for a continuum of care. No move is necessary to receive personal services at our communities. You may remain in your apartment undisturbed. The charges will vary for these services and are based on the services required to meet each individual's needs.

Core Services
We provide a variety of assisted living services to help our residents manage their personal needs.  We create options for care and our residents create a life that allows them to met their needs without giving up their independence.  Included services:

    *  3 meals daily in our dining room
    *  Healthy snacks and beverages in the resident lounge
    *  Daily activities on campus
    *  Weekly religious services, prayer and bible study
    *  Weekly housekeeping services
    *  Weekly linen services
    *  Extended basic cable television
    *  Heat, lights and water 
    *  Parking

Additional Services
The experienced staff at LIFE MANOR create each resident's care plan so that it can meet their specific needs.  Beyond the core services, the following services are also available:
    *  Medication management
    *  Wake up calls & night time care
    *  Help with dressing & grooming
    *  Assistance with incontinence, mobility, transfers & bathing
    *  Special personal services as needed
    *  Reminders for socialization
    *  Additional housekeeping & personal laundry
    *  Dietary assistance and additional blood pressure and vital sign monitoring
    *  Cueing to help maintain orientation, decision making and independence

LIFE MANOR Assisted Living is located on the Life Center Church campus.
